Sharp Pains in my head, Lightheadedness, loss of coordination. Odd Symptoms.

Hi, I am a 16 year old high school student who has been dealing with anxiety for about 4 years and it seems like it gets worse every year.

Lately I have been experiencing some pains in my head, mostly nauseating, sharp, dull and tender. I am not sure if I should check with the doctor or not. My other symptoms are irritability, dizziness, feeling faint, pins and needle feelings in hands, and it when I touch my temples I can feel my pulse more on the left side than the right, It seems like one side is bigger than the other, My veins also feel hard behind my left ear. I do not have any history of problems life Diabetes or high blood pressure, just Anxiety and panic attacks. Can my headaches be caused by an Aneurysm?

I will make sure to check with my doctor to see if anything is wrong.
I am still experiencing pain, mostly behind my eye and temple areas.
I heard on the news recently that there has been an increase in Allergy weather here in Tucson, and I have bad allergies, so most of my problems might also be from my allergies, since I've also been getting a lot of sinus headaches.

Thanks again, and I will try not to worry too much about things that may cause Stress and Anxiety.

You don't have any aneurysm.
You just need a proper medical evaluation by your family physician.
And please cut down the stress factor / anxiety.
You will be perfectly all right.
