Someone please help urgent

Last saturday, 1.1 weeks ago, i ((very stupidly)) took a cap of mdma at a party. The cap was supposedly clean with no cuts etc,               just some background information im 18 and generally in good health i have previously done mdma before and have never had these prolonged side effects. I have a slightly sensitive nervous system as even coffee sometimes sets me off and gives me the shakes
Ever since last saturday i have absaoutely been struggling, i had a panic attack on the mon and Tuesday , my vision feels like its a bit delayed and i have an overall sense of not being completely here.. like im not really in control im still very spaced out,, its like im watching everything im doing from behind my eyes,, my sense of touch is abit off like my brain just feels fuzzy and it has ever since last Saturday and its now the next Sunday.  I have never had side effects such as this before ever,, i lts a really uncomforting feeling and i just need to be back to normal so i can go to work etc
Ive been to doctors basically got told there was nothing they can do for me,, i basically need to know if this will eventually stop or im stuck like this forever!
Ive read up alot about this and most people recall coming right anywhere between 1-6 weeks later or even months
I just need to know if i will eventually be okay because its giving me anxiety through the roof as i cant get back to normal
Someone please give me your best advice on what to do ,
Or how to speed up my recovery as its now been 7 days
