Sudden Blackouts

Hello,

I've been having sudden blackouts for months now.

no dizziness or anything, it's like the electricity went off and on back again extremely fast! (so fast that I don't go blind it just feels the power went off)

Just happened 3 times now in less than an hour.

Any ideas?

Hi I agree it is imperative for u to go be seen asap!

If u can get into see a NL and arrange for MRI's of the brain w/wo contrast that would be great, but the frequency of this the ER is most likely the best option to get the MRI done ASAP...and get to a NL to find out much sooner.

Good luck and post an update

Yes. Go to an emergency room for an evaluation. As of yesterday. Give the parakeet enough food for a few days and make sure he has enough water. Arrange for someone to feed your pet Boa constrictor.

Let's review the possibilities if you don't go.

(1) paralysis, quadraplegia, incontintinence, blindness and loss of sentience. Oh yes. And loss of ability to swallow, so you will be on a feeding tube the rest of your life.

There is no possible way to evaluate your problem on then internet.
