Why is my head tingling after smoking marijuana.

This is a pretty strange question hence why I am asking it here and not to my PCP.

I smoked marijuana and a few minutes after got incredibly high and it was very frightening. (The other people I was with also said that it was very strong, but I do not think that it was laced.) I typically do not like to smoke, as I don't have the personality to relax and tend to get very anxious. I felt like I was losing it, and did not want to embarrass myself for being a rookie, so I just went to bed and turned the lights out. After what seemed like hours, but I guess was only a couple minutes, my boyfriend came in to check on me. Trying to make him think I was fine and not panicking, I thought it would be a good idea to have sex.

While having sex, the top middle left of my scalp (brain?) began tingling strongly and I did not think too much of it because I was so high. Since that night, every time I have have sex the same spot on my scalp gets very tingly. It is only when I am on top. It does not really bother me, as it is not painful. I am just intrigued about what could have caused this, and slightly worried that the drug did something to my brain.

Any insights regarding this would be extremely appreciated! Thanks!
