Involuntary movements

Hello i have been having severe twitches with my hands.  In addition to my hand jerking sometimes some of my muscles also have been twitching.  I do play a lot of video games so i was wondering if that could be what was causing these twitches.  Also how would I be able to stop the twitching.

My brother has device disease as well, he is going through the same situation as your wife. Hope she is doing better at this present time. We are now trying to find answers for my brother. It is 2016 no answers yet. If you don't mind me asking, how is your wife doing?

sounds to me like a clasic case of carpol tunnel syndrom. You should probably take it easy on the video games for a bit. Repedadive motions like that make the tendons that run through your wrist get inflamed, which then cause them to pinch the nerve in the wrist. Can cause you pain, numbness, even muscle spasims in the hand. Then againit could be a few other things. Best advice to do, is stop with the games for a bit, put the remote down, go outside play get some fresh air. If it still twitches even after a week of not doing anything repedative with it, then by all means you should go see a personal doc right away. It could be serious. best of luck
