What could it be?!

My Name is Nicole. Im 20 years old. I have had three spells so far and this is what happens every time the first one was the Monday before Christmas they put me in the hospital for a bit because I fainted. They said its a servere UTI ( which I had no clue I had I know it sounds crazy but I had no pain form it) and I was dehydrated. Then last week I blacked out and fell down the steps nothing was broken just a bruised butt.. then today at work I  was sitting in a meeting and I blacked out. I have three symptoms that come each time. Im very nasuated, I feel like I cant move (like I'm paralyzed momentarily) I always black out and when I wake up im always confused for the first five mins. Please someone tell me something!!
