Why So Much Pressure?

Here's to your knowledgable brain Doc.
I am 21 very close to 22, and a female,
I first started with headaches on my leftside in front and above my ear,
now I have pressures squeezing the back of my head and It makes me feel as
if there is nothing back there. It feels as if my sinus headache are in the back of my head.
To describe the emptiness, it feels as If someone took a 1/2 head icecream scooper and scooped
the backof my head out and it is messing with my vision. To add to all of this I went to the ER for a severe
headache and they gave me percocet and the pain went away, all pain went away. Pretty much I felt no pain for
like a day, kinda like my pain receptors were shut off. Currently they are coming back slowly. I can't feel certain natural pressures like sneezing, coughing, swallowing, and yawning in the center of my skull. What could this possibly
be?

I have taken the alprazolam and it did great the only thing was I had taken omenprazole earlier this morn around 10am and the alprazolam around 6pm I felt great until I ate my pizza. That really set off my acid reflux.

Thanks for giving great advice now I am having either other symptoms or a new affliction coming on over my body. I have this pain/stiffness in my throat. I thought it was my thyroid, but I called my 24hr nurse's station and they said that that is not a sign of a thyroid issue. Its the weekend and this pain is aggravating because it gets so tight could it be apart of the muscle tension. It's on the left side in the mid section of my throat. It doesn't hurt to swallow anything, it just hurts when I turn my head to far around.
until I see my doc is there any way to relieve the pain?

Hi, better take anti anxiety medication after consultation with doctor only. Alprazolam do cause sedation and mild drowsiness, should be taken at bed time. Zoloft is ok, but its effect is delayed and can lead to side effects.

Try heat application along with steam inhalation, also increase intake of citrus fruits and take spicy meals for couple of days to increase the secretions. Numbness could be due to sinusitis itself for which steam along with mucolytic drugs like ambroxol will be helpful.

Hi, this could be either tension headache, migraine or raised intracranial pressure. Best will be to try pain killers along with anti anxiety medication for at least one week, if no relief is seen, do consult neurologist for investigations like MRI etc.

Eye fundus examinations can rule out raised intracranial pressure which is characterized by vomiting along with headache and blurred vision.
