What could be going on with my head?

I am a mother of two and have been having these headaches for close to 2 weeks now. They started just a regular headache and would go away with Tylenol. It then worked out that this severe headache would not go away... I took Tylenol and everything ... Nothing would help. When I lay down the pain is basically gone , or when I stand up the pain reduces alot, but when I sit it is excruciating pain and I can barely breastfeed my child sitting because of the pain. I went to the hospital 4 times in the past week. I have had a shot of toradol, I have had toradol and some other pain killer through an I.V, none of that worked for the pain. I had a spinal tap to check for meningitis, that was clear. I have also had 6 needles of local freezing put into my head and that did not work either.i had a CT scan which was clear as well. My last visit they gave me a prescription for amoxicillin to rule out if it had something to do with my sinus's but they did not look in my nose or anything. Now the pain is happening also when I bend over too fast, or I move a certain way, or move my head too fast I get an explosion of pain in my head when I do those things. I have an appointment on Wednesday to see an internist but I am desperate for some type of opinions or answers sooner.
