anxiety and head pressure

i suffer with anxiety and panic attacks which started in march this year. I've seen specialists and they have told me my triggers are alcohol and lack of sleep, however i have quit beer and am sleeping better but of late i experience pressure in my head it feels like im going to pass out or something. I am on Paroxatine and am unsure weather this is a side affect of this medication. Any advice would be gratefully recieved as it is starting to make me more depressed and anxitious. cheer

thanks for your reply, but what treatment could i ask for as i dont suffer with high blood pressure. I was led to believe that it was part of my anxiety disorder.

It sounds like the headache is a tension headache and if it is high blood pressure may be a factor.
