I really need to know

I have many symptoms of what I believe is MS, tingling, spasm, blurry vision, numbness, confusion, brain frog , just last week my left side went numb and heavy, my face went numb too, my left foot drop, went to the emergency room, the did some test and put in the hospital for observation, this is the second time this hapens in a month and half, both of the time they did many test including lime disease, HIV, and MRI of the brain and spine, blood test, everything came normal,  exept my MIR of the brain shows two white little lesions, but my neuro does not think is from MS, he said is it not enought evidence the two lesion to call my symptom MS related?  I was sent home whit out any medication for pain or nothing, my symptoms are present every day .I'm very confuse and don't know what to think anymore, I been suffering from too many symptoms even bladder, numbness everyday, I need a cane to walk sometimes, I loose my balance; my hole family and I are suffering tremendously from this without any answer. I need some help what should I do?

Hello Londres, I have seeing just one Neurologist, will get a second opinion hope next week, with a MS center that MS foundation recomended, The MRI was with contrat and w/o contrast.
Thank you for your reply. I'm so fustrated I strating to think is all in my head really.

Have you only seen the one Neurologist?  If so, I would seek a second opinion and seek the opinion of a Neurologist that mainly diagnoses and treats MS.  

Was the MRI of the brain/head done with contrast?
