Hello, I am a 47 female who has been having problems with not feeling well.  I am ok in the morning, but by 2:00pm I can not move so very tired and muscles are so tired. I have shortness of breath.  I just had a new problem in which one eye has double vision and poor vision, problems with my speech.. I have a terrible headache that goes in Waves. I had a MRI and this is what it says could you tell me what this report means? Thank you.
ON THE AXIAL FLAIR PULSE SEQUENCE, THERE ARE A COUPLE OF PUNCTATE AREAS OF INCREASED SIGNAL IN THE PEIVENTRICULAR DEEP WHITE MATTER ON BOTH FRONTAL REGIONS AND IN THE SUPERIOR MARGIN OF THE LEFT FRONTAL PARIETAL REGION. FINDINGS ARE NONSPECIFIC. CONSIDERATIONS COLD INCLUDE CHRONIC ISCHEMIC DEMYELINATION, MIGRAINE SYNDROME AND OTHER DEMYELINATING PROCESSS SHOULD ALSO BE CONSIDERED.
Thanks

Hi there. Your mri reveals that you have some demyelinating disease causing the disorder that you might be having. Your symptoms of optical blurredness  point to multiple sclerosis. This may require a cerebrospinal fluid examination to check for oligoclonal bands.  Treatment would entail corticosteroids like prednisolone.  Interferon therapy may also be indicated along with . Consult a neurologist at the earliest and come. Take care.
