head problem

I have been spacey, blurred vision, sleepy, I get a crazy Buzz in my head sometimes. I've had an MRI and been to an ent ran test on me im do confused on what to do next. I hope to get some help answers thanks

So they think its anxiety they have me on 40mg celexa

Well, without knowing the relevant clinical details or a detailed clinical evaluation it would be difficult to comment specifically on the situation or suggest management plan. Possible cause of the symptoms described include low blood sugar, low blood pressure, primary cranial headaches, causes related to the internal ear, micronutrient deficiencies, stress/ anxiety/ depression, hormonal/ endocrine issues etc. I am not sure how far have you been evaluated for, though I would suggest considering a detailed evaluation by an internist initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, this can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
