light body feeling? a little light headed

right now my body feels kinda light. I used to work out a good number of times including running.  I also get some weird firefly kinda thing in my eyes but not that often at all. but I do get random black spots every now and then.

The day of my Anxiety attack my nose bleed and my doctor told me it was a nasal infection wich caused me to feel un-balanced.  and he said it could last up to 6 weeks.

I keep telling my self that but I have a gut feeling. I believe it is physical.

I feel light, not just my head. but my body. sorta feels like im ready to float off. lol.  it kinda feels like my body has no blood going through it.  my thoughts and actions feel fine. although it makes me feel kinda uncontrolled of my self. it kinda makes me wanna freak out and it feels like im loosing touch of reality. but rational thoughts keep me ok.

at first it's physical then it gets mental.  like right now I feel like it right now. I feel light and I'm having a muscle twitch there to there but nothing major only a couple of big muscle twitches in my mouth I accidently bit my tongue but not that hard and my eyes kinda twitched also.  but it was minor.

I was thinking if this was some vitamin problem I'm having like Iron or vitamin D or e.t.c because this feeling is freaky.  just a couple of hours ago I was really happy and excited now I'm like..."am I sane?"  I also had one sharp pain of notice in the back of my head/skull.  but it wasn't that bad.

I'm not hearing voices or seeing things (except for a black dot from there to there)  right now I feel kinda tired. maybe I need to start working out again and eat more?  I'm going to ask my doctor this tomorrow since it's like 10:06pm lol.

anything I can do to feel better? I am assuming it is Anxiety/Panic but I think it's something physical as well wich caused it.  because these attacks happend really randomly. and I have been calm for a pretty long time without having any Anxiety/panic but I also heard I can still feel the symptoms even when I'm not panicking or having a Anxiety Attack.   everynow and then I feel a slight confusion like feeling.

oh yeah and when I was having day to day Anxiety/panic attacks I took 5mg of "Diazepam"  maybe took 5-6 in total but not at the same time of course only when I felt I had a extreme attack coming. and I only used 1 in 6+ hour periods. but over all I say I used 5-6.

my Anxiety/panic is dying down but at first I was going through a state of  confusion and worry for almost a whole week 24/7 then it just went away.

but what caused my First Anxiety Attack was physical. I was lying down and my head felt really light so I raised a bit and was like "Woah!?" then I went to the stairs near my room and felt really light headed and dizzy and had extreme black dots covering my eyes like crazy.  this made me freak out thinking I was dying or having some crazy seizure. then I chilled out in the shower and breathed through a bag.  after my serious panic attack the other day its like it became more mental, but I was guessing that was the trauma from the serious panic attack

can alot of video games cause this? because I play ALOT of video games. but this is my first experience. I am 16 years old. and I play TONS of video games. up close or far away.

sometimes I feel like im out of touch with reality but I always say (I'm just freaking my self out) because I know this bad feeling will go away!  but I want to be healthy. I am kinda avoiding saying it's Anxiety because people just tell me it's Anxiety and say to chill. wich I'm doing lol.  but I'm no expert.  anything physical could be causing this? :)

I'm sorry that this is a long question but please me out here. I believe this will go away! :)
