sudden drianing feeling

I'm not sureif I'm in the right forum, but my wife just experienced what she decribed as "sudden draining feeling in arms and chest" no pain but weaknes and anxiety.

Any thoughts?

Stress, anxiety, sleeplessness is the common reason for these symtoms. She should have balanced diet, keep her blood pressure under control, proper sleep, stress less life, no alcohol and no smoking and if these symptoms do not decrease then follow up near a physician. Take care!

Following up on "my wife just experienced what she decribed as "sudden draining feeling in arms and chest" no pain but weakness and anxiety.

She has a history of mitral stenosis and  arrythmia, Now has mitral valve leakage due to
angioplasty.  Under a cardioligst's care, but this is a new symptom.  Note she has recently been on a  low sodium diet ti reduce ankle swelling.

Any thoughts?
