Diet is 70% exercise is 30%, read the nutrition lables look for food that is high in protein and low in fat and carbs. Easy way to eat: dont eat anywhere with a drive through, no cheese, no pasta for dinner, no soda, no fried foods, and no chocolate... only eat one cheat meal per week. Try to stick with foods that will do good for your body, fruits, vegetables, grilled chicken, turkey, you can eat as much healthy food as you want, i consume 2500-3000 calories per day, its tough but be proactive and plan ahead! You can do it! You just have to have the right mind set.
