Thank you! I eat a lot of fruit and veggies! I love them! My biggest issue is my hubby hates them so I endup spending all day making 2 meals at a time one for me one for him.... It's exhausting! I do have a juicer and I will get to work using it!
Yes, I have some suggestions. Completely change your diet to a more plant based one. Buy organic whenever you can. If you can get a juicer that would be great because you can through so many things in to it and have a healthy filling juice.
Start off by having at least one healthy salad a day. Work your way up from there. You will be amazed at how much food you can eat and still lose weight if you make your diet mostly plant based. My daughter is your age and she looks like she's 20. And, she eats all day long.
When you make your salads forget about the cheese and salad dressing you buy in the stores. Use fresh lemon juice.
I really hope you either have a juicer or can get one. They are wonderful. You can throw cucumbers, carrots, celery, apples, spinach and kale into it and you have a very healthy lunch. If you have a blender you can throw bananas, oranges any kind of berries a little honey and some yogurt in it and you have a healthy breakfast. These drinks are very filling and so good.
