If you worked of your calorie intake that should men's that if it brings it back down to under what you need then you should be able to have a snack I have been on my diet for 3 months and I eat 1200 a day and I have lost 21 pounds and that's what I have been I don't know if it is right but it has been working for me I was told that the body need so many calories to function and if it don't have them it will start to store every thing you eat as fat
600 cal a day is ridiculous esp if you're exercising
i am certainly not the person to give diet advice (i have the opposite problem) but since nobody has answered you, i thought i would try. i have always heard that you can eat all the fruit and vegetables you want. hmm
grapes have less calories than a banana, but it would all depend on the type and amount of grapes you eat.
