Vitamins??

Hey, I'm 14 years old and 157lbs. I'm hoping to lose 83 lbs. which means that I need to lose 3 lbs. every week in order to be my target weight (75lbs) by Christmas. I plan on restricting myself to 150-200 calories everyday. Are there any vitamins I should be taking? Keeping in mind that I am only 14 and can't get a hold of all the suggestions I'll provably receive. I'm hoping for perhaps a recommendation for a good multivitamin :-) Thanks for the help :-) stay beautiful :-)

Well, thank you all who have expressed concern, I do appreciate it. I understand the risks. I know you're telling me these things in an attempt to help me, thank you. I can see you're side of it, defiantly, but I'm not interested in anorexia, just becoming slender. I'm not trying to "force" anyone to give me advice, but I was just hoping for help. Thank you for taking the time to comment on my post :-) have a spectacular day and stay beautiful :-) :-) :-)

You're not going to lose weight by starving yourself ! You'll put it all back on the second you stop your diet ! Try doing sport and eating healthier :) good luck

There is no vitamin for someone who is starving herself.  A good multivitamin covers things we don't get from food, but it won't cover what you're going to be missing, and we don't want to encourage you.  Maybe you don't want to listen, but you can't force us to tell you to do something we don't believe is good for you.  Personally, I'm not at all thinking about anorexia -- though that might be a problem -- no matter why you're doing it it's a bad idea, and bless those on here for not helping you harm yourself.

Um no you should weigh 115 pounds at LEAST if you are 5'3 .. to be honest anorexic women are unattractive, and guys prefer curvy not bony girls

Look, I know most people don't like the idea of anorexia. But that's not what this is. I'm just asking for someone to recommend a vitamin, that's all. I appreciate all that'speople trying to help me see the error of my ways or whatever, but I just want a vitamin :-)I obviously don't live alone, I couldn't be anorexic even if I wanted to be! Everything is okay :-) and it'll continue to be okay :-) I just want a good vitamin supplement :-) Thank you for expresssing your concern, but everything is fine :-)

I don't think anyone on this forum will give you the advice you want because it's unhealthy and dangerous!

This is a serious question. I'm aware of what I can do to my body, I understand. But I'm sure that this is the way I want to do it. I'm asking for advise because I want to avoid those things. I've been reading everything I can about this, I'm just asking for a recommendation of a good vitamin. I understand how this can be dangerous, and I will be careful, but this is the way I want to reach my goal. Also, I'm 5" 3'.

Is this a serious comment?  Is there a reason you've decided to starve yourself?  If this is serious and you're really 14, you need professional help with this -- you don't know what you're doing here.  How tall are you?  Assuming this is a serious question, you need to see a nutritionist because your approach is wrong in every way.
