You see that's the thing, I do eat mc Donald's and all that stuff but I'm not gaining weight. My pediatrition said if I lose any more weight my BMI count is going to be too low for my body to function.
I recommend eating lots of healthy fats, like avocados and lots of complex carbs like bread and potatoes. They aren't the most healthy, but they aren't completely nutritious either.
Avacados are a healthy source of fat that, if you eat one a day, you'll start healthily gaining weight. Pair carbs with protein, as well as milk which will make your bones stronger. You want to gain weight in a healthy way, so I wouldn't suggest just stuffing your face with mcdonalds because that can have other health consequences. Tofu, sweet potatoes, butternut squash, and fish (tilapia, cod, salmon) will all leave you feeling full and they are yummy, so you won't be plugging your nose trying to swallow gross fat supplements.
Thanks everyone I will definitely take your edvice!!
Don't start eating like crazy to gain weight. Just wait until your in your 20's and you gain all you want. Just focus on being healthy.
