Try to drink fresh juice and eat some fruits! I usually have dates and fresh juice for breakfast and its great! I feel more fit and less tired in the rest of the day
No difference between the two -- both are wheat, both are high carb that turns to sugar quickly in your system. Try some oatmeal -- it's real food. Or have some goat or sheep's milk yoghurt and some nuts. Lots of things to eat. Breakfast is like any other meal -- most people around the world start their day with beans and rice.
