Hey there! Yeah, I have to agree, it sounds like your body has just acclimated to the heavy workout pattern. You need to generate muscle confusion by completely changing up your routine. Also, it has been proven in systems like cheat to lose and body for life that one day a week of eating not so healthy foods helps your leptin level adjust so your body doesn't "know" its on a diet. Might wanna try a pizza on sunday. But don't panic - you're doing really well! It'll come off...
Thanks. I'll give some thought on maybe making some changes.
It sounds like you've hit a plateau and you need to change the kinds of foods you are eating or you need to change up your exercise regime. 6 x's a week seems a LOT.
Also do you do any toning like yoga or pilates? That can really helped (it really helped me along with cardio). I'm always looking for ways to tone and strengthen my core (especially my abs). I stumbled upon this article about exercises to help with abs. Hope this helps http://buzz.prevention.com/best-belly-all-around/
Well, I normally eat oatmeal or cereal for breakfast. Some kind of meat and veggies for lunch and dinner. I snack on fruit or protein bars and sometimes have a protein shake. I pretty much eat what I want, but do try to make better choices like only drinking water, soy milk, lowfat cheese, whole grain bread...etc. Now, if I really want a burger or a slice of pizza, I will have it in moderation and just eat very healthy for the other meals during that day. I don't believe in the word "diet". I believe in making better food choices.
