I use a protein shake from complete nutrition. It's the v-core brand & the flavor is cookies & cream. It's low on carbs & sugar & it tastes great! Kills my cravings everytime.
You also can eat frozen bananas or strawberries , healthy and delicious ♥
I use gum or if it gets real bad during that w onderfull time during the month, I use fresh lime in water and drink full glass.
I guess try a healthy alternative snack, like cranberries from.ocean spray or fruit smoothie -_- tbh I'm nor so sure myself
