why white hair quickly ?
I am 33 Years old, When move oman, My beard going white with in 6 to 7 month, in starting i not able to maintain my diet, some time manage to maintain my diet but most of time not, i am worry about white hair, that quickly white. It may causes my nutrition not good, Please guide me and help me what i add things in daily meals what i eat daily bases to reduce white hair,
