There is no correct answer to this question, as the above post mentions. People aren't generalizations; they differ in their metabolism, what they eat, their activity levels. Calories are also not the measure that is best for maintaining a healthy weight -- it's a factor, but most recent research and thought focuses much more on what you eat and how well you metabolize it than on calories.
