As to the above, good advice, but again, I'd avoid the dairy options for the reasons stated.  As to the arsenic, lead and mercury, you don't know if the peanut butter or any other food you're using has it, either -- after all, these things are in the environment so they're in the water and soil.  If you buy organic it's about the best you can do.

Try making your own with peanut butter, nuts, avocado or other protein boosters.yogurt, milk or almond milk as protein sources. I wouldn't buy protein powders as you don't actually know what is in them besides what is listed like arsenic, lead, mercury.
leafy greens are good sources of folate, a key nutrient that helps prevent neural tube defects. Making shakes with fruits and vegetables can also help you reach your dietary fiber intake goals during pregnancy.
Healthy fats nut butters, flaxseed and chia seeds can be added to shakes. Flaxseeds are a good source of fiber and omega 3 fatty acids that help with brain development. Chia seeds are a good source of fiber and contain calcium and iron.
Pregnant women should consume 1.1 grams per kilogram of body weight of protein per day. The shakes are not to be used as a meal replacement!!!

I'd first consider just adding another healthy meal.  Most shakes doctors know about aren't particularly healthy.  You can make your own, but to play it safe I'd try using rice protein as the base -- most shakes are either dairy or soy and they are both common allergens and many people don't tolerate them well.
