Tuna should be eaten only occasionally because of unfortunate mercury contamination. Some species are worse than others. The bread could also be a problem -- most people don't know it but wheat is very hard on most people and white flour is not good for us. So tuna is a great food, but we've polluted the ocean so much and tuna is one of the fish that's most affected. vary your seafood, don't just eat one kind.
For lunch it's ok, but for dinner it is better a smaller one, but don't eat it for lunch and dinner the same day.
