In losing weight you want to make sure that you are not sacrificing one area of your health to help the other. Make sure that you are getting the proper nutrients, protein, vitamins as well as a balance exercise routine.
Losing weight in moderation is always a great strategy. I
have helped one of my friends lose 25lbs. over the past 3 months, without exercising by simply taking a healthy nutrition shake, that also taste good.
I have personally benefited and lost the love handles as well as the gut that was slowly creeping up due to lack of exercise. Body by Vi has also helped
individuals who have tried everything, without any success.

I know that many people are not into exercises, but really, you can sign up for gym or find something on the internet you think is suitable of exercises. Running and walking is very good. Definitely cut out fast food and too much candy/chocolate/etc. Of course, it's not like it's not allowed, just don't overdo it.
If you're really not an exercise friend, you can try what I did and another girl who succeeded did. Eat two teaspoon of honey right before going to sleep. I know, honey's got lots of calories, but it contains glucose/fructose(one of those) that, in your body, turn to the other one and help restore your body cells, at the same time helping you lose weight IN YOUR SLEEP. I did this for two weeks and lost 2 kg, this other girl did this for a month and lost 4 kg without any exercises.
Though I still do suggest doing some exercises. As I like to quote: "If you change nothing, nothing will change." :)
