I lost almost 7 kgs through proper dieting n exercise but nw my willpower has *** down plz help me wt should I do to burn extra kilos..
The more nutrients you eat the less cravings you will experience. The human body gets hungry in to siuations: when it needs calories and when it needs nutrients. Also drinking a lot of water is a great and natural way to lose the cravings!
I am currently taking phentermine and chromium to help with craving carbs and to stop hunger. They really do help. Maybe talk to your doc to see if that might help.
