Counting calories is useful, but calories aren't the story. Digestion and metabolism is the better story. If you're doing well, don't fret the calories. If you're not, you're probably eating things your body doesn't move through well enough and it stores as fat. Don't worry so much about the details, worry more about how it's all working out.
If you do the same thing on weekends then you'll keep over eating.
Change it up. If you watch t v as a habit, go find some fun outdoors. Or your hobby. If you end up at a restaurant, refuse bread basket or chips. Order off the appetizer menu. Do a sport. Pamela
