2nd opinion on injured knee

Several weeks ago I fell at work and injured my left knee. I had an X-ray that showed no broken bones and an MRI that showed no tears, but I keep telling the ortho pedic surgeon that I feel something move in my knee, not sure if it's the bone at the top or something else, but I feel it really move when I kneel down. He says it's 2 muscles rubbing together from inflammation and prescribed me meloxicam, but it doesn't feel like that. It feels like something is moving when I kneel. I'm not sure what to do
