Shoulder impingement ?

I work out 5 days a week, Im 30 years old have been doing this for 4/5 years regularly. I consider myself a novice weight lifter. I diet, do a 40/20/20, which I also change depending on cutting diet, etc etc. Anyways, for roughly a year now Ive had on and off pain in my shoulder. Recently I was taking CJC and GHRP which is suppose to help release more natural HGH. After getting bloodwork done it went from 1.3 iu's to 2.2 iu's.   Shoulder pain went away instantly almost as well. I would say 3 months of taking it. The first week I stopped taking it my "soreness" came back. Its nothing serious I thought, mostly hurt from Flat bench and would go away down a few days later, maybe nothing the next day... However this time the following week I was doing "military" presses in my shoulders and I felt something in my spine / shoulder blade area "move".. Like a muscle overlapped. Now my shoulder hurts constantly even when I try to carry something over 40 lbs. It hurts now resting it on the table. I went to a Orthepedic who imo was terrible. He did an X-ray not an MRI and told me he thought if I stopped lifting for 14 days it would go away.  

1) it feels like there is a "gap" between my shoulder joint. like if you pulled your finger to separate the bone to "crack it" . It feels extremely loose and empty

2) My trap on that side when flexed is roughly 1.5 inchs smaller maybe even 2 inches smaller then my good side. This was NEVER the case before, I actually took pride in my traps and it hurts bad when flexing

3) I can feel it all the way up my neck and sometimes down the middle of my spine if I lift, like tonight I did biceps / triceps and its sore  ( 3rd week )

I dont know what the deal is, could nerve damage cause the above?

Well the pain has not went away. I have also been working out. I cannot stay out of the gym. I have noticed the only time its really aggravated is when I do a movement that would be straight infront of me moving towards the back. anything that works the "rear" deltoids.  

seated rear deltoid ( machine )  - bent over rear deltoids ( letting my arms hang, while bent over then raises them up and back hitting the rear delts.  etc etc.  

military presses ( even heavy ) arms / back etc etc .. Dont mess with it.

Flys sort of bother it along with flat bench. Incline bench does not, matter of fact  I can even hit Incline bench heavier then before.

I feel it up the side of my neck and noticed some times my forearm fills weird along with my back in certain places.  I feel like its some type of nerve damage because it  gets to the point where I can hold on to my grip. I have not done pull ups in 3/4 weeks because I cant handle holding / pulling my own weight up.

Well, without a clinical evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your shoulder pain. Possibilities that may need to be considered include inflammations, degenerations, capsulitis, bursitis, tendonitis, injuries/ tears, arthritis, spinal/ neuro-muscular causes, muscle/ ligament/ tendon tears/ injuries, fractures, growths/ masses, ischemia, micronutrient deficiencies etc. If your doctor suggested a conservative treatment it is likely that this is a muscle spasm or a minor injury. The trap difference in either side could suggest issues related to nerves or muscles etc. If your symptoms do not resolve with the conservative treatment suggested, I would advice seeking a review with your orthopedician or considering a second opinion with another orthopedician.
