Hi again!
It is likely that your symptoms are due to patello-femoral syndrome and associated inflammation; however other possibilities, as mentioned in the previous post, need to be ruled out as well; especially since you see little improvement. If there are no other issues diagnosed, the management plan may need to be revised. I would suggest consulting an orthopedician for the same.
Hope this is useful.
Take care!
They dont have me on any NSAIDS, but i have two different braces they have me wear. The pain, the pressure and pushing up feeling has started when I am not even doing anything now. I can be laying in bed and the pain happens and its just a horrible pain.
Hi there!
I am not sure if you have already consulted an orthopedician. In case you haven’t, I would suggest consulting one. Patello-femoral syndrome is typically managed with NSAIDS and physical exercises to strengthen the muscle around the knee joint. However with your symptoms, the presence of loose bodies and internal knee injuries may need to be ruled out. You may also require a knee brace to stabilize the patella if suggested. At this stage I would advise seeing an orthopedician and after an evaluation a management plan can be drafted accordingly.
Hope this is useful.
Take care!
