Thanks for your support. One last question..
What are the possible effects of injured PCL on INTERCOURSE?? Please give an explanatory answer.
Hello Dear,
You should start with physiotherapy as soon as possible. The effect depends on the type of tear and the damage taken place. You should consult your physician and get an x-ray done to know the present state and consult a physiotherapist who will decide the exercises to be done.

Many thanks for the reply.
I believe it is Grade 2 injury because my knee moves backward and returns back to its normal position. It has been almost 4 months and I did not go through any exercise routine. I want to know that after such time will exercises be effective or not?
Hello Dear,
The degree of PCL injury is determined by the extent that the tibia can be pushed backwards by the examiner:
• No Injury
The Tibial Plateau remains 1 cm in front of the Femoral Condyles.
• Grade 1 Injury
TheTibial Plateau moves backwards but stays in front of the Femoral Condyles.
• Grade 2 Injury
The Tibial Plateau moves backwards to lie level with the Femoral Condyles.
• Grade 3 Injury
The Tibial Plateau moves backwards to lie behind the Femoral Condyles
Patients who have grade 1 or 2 PCL injuries should first receive non-operative treatment that includes aggressive quadriceps strengthening and full range-of-movement maintenance. Patients may return to sports when quadriceps and hamstring strength reaches 90% of the opposite side. This may take as long as 4-6 weeks.
Patients who have grade 3 injuries should be treated with PCL reconstruction. Before surgery the patient should undertake rehabilitation to regain full range of motion and quadriceps strength
Depending on your condition,if the pain persists you should go again consult your orthopedic physician because if left untreated it may deteriorate .It may cause problems after marriage,do not worry and get the treatment done.
