Surprise instant joint pain all over my body! plus found a cyst!

Ok, with in the last 8mth I have had lots of problems with joint pain it hit and never went away seems to be way worse somedays. I never had any issues shoulder pain started one day and then both shoulders then my IT band in my knee tightened up causing problems I got plantar fasciitis, and then I started getting a deep pain from the front on my rt. shoulder down in my bicep muscle into the back of my elbow. Both elbows now are hurting. Kind of scaring me I have never had joint or tendon issues before and my body went crazy. I have not changed lifting or running activitites or any physical activities for that matter. Further, I just found a cyst in my wrist on the top side that is small but looks to be growing and moves when I push down on it. I dont know what to think what happened to me all of a sudden? Help my friends!

Hello!

I suggest you to visit an Orthopedician and a Neurologist for examination. The Neurologist will rule out Fibromyalgia.
The Orthopedist will rule out any systemic disorder or a systemic disease.
Ganglion cysts are very common fluid-filled lumps that form on the hand and wrist, usually on the upper side of the wrist. This will also be examined by both the specialists.
After you come to a diagnosis a proper line of treatment should be started.
Till then you can have intermittent anti inflammatory medications.
