Get a tennis ball and put it under your right buttock. It will be painful but more of a pain that feels good. Shift your body and try to get the entire buttock. Do that for 3-5 minutes at most and then I guarantee in a few minutes after you do it, your pain will be gone. I really would love to hear back and see if it worked.
Thanks for writing back! I ahve already done many of your suggestions. I'm kind of limited to OTC NSAIDS I can take due to Auto-Immune Hep. I take Aleve like it's candy! I've tried Mobic with no releif. I'm one of those that's hard to tx since most meds dont work on me. I have a really high tollerance to most pain medications. Put it this way; when I had an oral procedure done, the doctor used 2 different kinds of anastetic. He said I should be numb til lthe next morning. By the time I got out of his chair and rinced my mouth out, I was no longer numb! Back on track now, I have managed to pop my hip and get it about 95% better. It's still stiff a good bit, I imagine from all of the musle spasims I was having. So I'm still taking it easy. That was certainly a pain that I NEVER want to feel again! I can see why someone would commit suicide over that pain!
Hi!
I am sorry to hear about your medical problems. If you can consult a chiropractor or a physiotherapist, then lower back and leg exercises will help reduce the pain considerably. Also, you can take non-steroidal anti-inflammatory such as Tylenol, Aleve or Mobic. Apply local pain relief gel. Improve your posture. Lie down on a hard bed with knees folded or use a mattress on the floor. Meanwhile try and see a doctor. Take care!
