hi lora,
you further interaction is highly appreciated.
if you are unable to move your  toes or flex your foot, i think , you need some agressive physiotherapy, with , of course a elastocrape bandage.
Post trauma stiffness is commonly seen and the only way out is proper mobilization of the joint. If it's paining , you can do passive physiotherapy(with other hands support), but physio is must.

hi lora,
wel sometimes these bruises takes longer than 2-3 months to go off completely. Especially if your skin is too much white coulor, coz it's visible easily. Don;t worry for that. Regarding pain, the ankle joint is a complicated joint and small ligament injury, which is impossible  to be seen on x-ray, takes a long time to heal up. So give it rest. you can use up elastocrape bandage to ease up your joint.
Hope i am clear. Feel free to ask more.
