arm pain and tingling in hand and fingers

I have a soreness in my left shoulder blade, left arm pain, specific area of pain on top of elbow, pain throughout my entire arm and tingling in arm, hand, thumb, index finger and middle finger.

have the median nerve cked it runs along the route you mentioned.I have had that nerve damaged in my hand by a cortizone shot in my wrist for carpual tunnel and I am facing having a third surgery to repair it.
