Hi there!

Well, without an evaluation it would be difficult to determine the cause of your symptoms. Causes of pain could be infections, inflammations or injuries to the surrounding structures; while numbness is likely to be related to nerve injuries or neuropathies. It would be best to get this evaluated by your primary care physician initially and then depending on the cause diagnosed or suspected, it can be managed or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this helps.

Take care!
