numbness on tips of my middle 2 fingers

The tips of my right middle finger and the the finger next to thumb has been numb for almost a month.I recently moved and did alot of cleaning and lifting .Sometimes I feel numbness in my right arm while sleeping .

Numbness is usually caused by a problem with a nerve. It could be that you have a pinched never, or it could be something else. If the problem persists, I would see a physician.

Do you have any neck or shoulder pain to go along with this? If not, it could be Carpal Tunnel syndrome.
