pain in elbow and wrist

I've tried to find information on this online, maybe someone can help. 48 hours ago I fell off my bike and landed on my wrist and slammed my elbow into the ground. Yesterday I noticed that my elbow is swollen and i cannot put any weight on my wrist and i cannot lift or grip anything. My elbow is not especially tender (although a little). When i attempt to lift, twist or grip (especially with my index and thumb) intense pain shoots down my arm throughout my forearm (and wrist). I also cannot extend my arm fully or turn my palm up to down without pain. Unless  i do these things, i am mostly without any distress. My wrist isn't swollen at all. Is this a sign of a sprain? Any ideas? I also have no insurance hence the lack of  a doctor visit.

Good,so it should take time to heal, keep activity and do gentle massage yourself.

i'm 28. The pain is not constant. The pain occurs when i lift, twist, or grip something with my  (right) hand. It also occurs when i turn my palm over or extend my arm fully.  It feels a sore for some time after doing such acts, but does not generally bother me (except when i'm sleeping, but i think i might sleep on my arm).
