MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Your nerves for the upper limbs and lower limbs come from the spine. Even if you have any defect at the level of cervical spine you have this pain in the arm.
The radial nerve, ulnar nerve and median nerve come from a plexus of nerves called the Brachial plexus which is responsible for the nervous supply of your upper limb.
Go for assessing your case near a neurologist with the MRI reports so you would get the best advice and care.
Take care!
