EndometriosisOvarian cysts

Hi, am 45 years old married and no children, I was recently diagnosed with endometrosis ovarian cysts, and calcium deposit in my right kidney, I was having this symptoms since I was 15, like, pelvic pain, pain in my right side, I did IVF in 1997 and had my fellopian tubes open 5 years ago but did not get pregnant. How did doctors miss the endometriosis and cysts when they performed surgeries and IVF? everytime  I asked them why are my tubes blocked, they allways said, we dont know what causes them to block, now that I was diagnosed with that after one of my cyst ruptured, I think that this was the cause of my  infertility, please someone  answer am relly sad.

Hi. I  also have endo & policystic ovaries(until recently when I had to have both ovaries removed.).It is difficult for Drs. to pick up endo & pcos.(I went  through 3 gyns over a 6yr pd.) I was only diagnosed once I had an exploratory laproscopic--that revealed stage 4 endo & pcos.I had this done before my infertility work up.I had 1 good tube  so I  had a GIFT & was blessed with twinswhen I was almost 40.
I understand & also been down a similar road. I understand the heavy , painful pds, etc.
My prayers are with you..CB
