CA125 level

My mother (45 years old) goes for check-ups every 6 months and gets a ca125 test done, i insisted on this because my grandmother had ovarian cancer (she was in her 50s) but still i just wants her to be on the safe side. For the first 6 months, the ca125 results was 22 ( normal range for the lab is 0-35) and for the next 6 months the result was 21. The first time she had a functional cyst which appeared on the vaginal ultrasound and the second time there was no cyst or anything and the ovaries looked normal. I can see there isnt much of a difference between the results and it is within normal  but i'm still worried is 21 fine ? or is it better to be under 10

Anything between zero and 35 is considered normal.  If a reading below 10 was considered important, then the normal range would be zero to 10, right?

What's even more important is that the ovaries looked normal in ultrasound.  That's more telling than the CA-125 test which can be affected by a variety of benign conditions besides cancer.
