Can these all be symptoms from ovarian cysts?

I have been having abdomen pain lower and upper and pain in my pelvic area. I also have pain on my sides and my upper and lower back. I have also been having chest pain. My throat has also been sore and the worse thing is I have been dizzy (like a drunk feeling) constantly the whole time. This has been going on for about 2 months. Mostly everything started together but the sore throat started about 2 weeks later. I have had about every blood test ran on me at the doctor and I have had an ultrasound on my gallbladder and a CT scan of my head and also a CT scan of my abdomen. They kept telling me nothing was wrong and that it is just anxiety. I know this is not anxiety I know my body. The last test I had on my abdomen showed cysts on my ovaries and now i'm being referred to an OBGYN. My question is could cysts be causing all of my symptoms? I'm scared I don't know what is going on and every time I go to the doctor it seems like she doesn't believe me! I have a family history of ovarian cysts but none of them have had all of the symptoms I have. The dizziness is the worst and it won't go away. It's been constant for about 2 months.

No i'm not preimenopause, well atleast I shouldnt be i'm only 24. The only medication I take is the Nexplanon which is the implant birth control. My GP cant figure it out. She keeps trying to tell me its anxiety and I know it's not. She also said I may have a hormonal imbalance but she never tested me for it. She just referred me to a gyno that I have to see on the 31st.

I have the same symptoms. And same issues. I have been dealing with this since 2012. Every test comes back clean. I was wondering if you got any results? I have cysts too but haven't had much testing done on them because I'm constantly told they are normal. I know how you feel being told it is all in your head. Worst feeling in the world.
Change birth control tabs could be a side effect

You did not mention your age but if you are in perimenopause, your symptoms could possibly be caused by the hormonal fluctuations that are common during this time.
