Fullness right adenexa
Recent gyn exam. Dr. felt "fullnrss right adenexaRecent on exam". Feel no pain, recently have had urgency to urinate. Also wondering if this could be anything to do with ovary concerns. I have a pelvic sonogram scheduled this week, just worried wondering what possible issue this could be. Thank you!
The sonogram will give you the answers you are looking for. If there is a cyst and it is very large, it can cause urgency as mine did. Bottom line is hats off to your Gyn for being proactive and checking rather than assuming. Good luck and keep us posted.

The possibility of a urinary infection needs to be ruled out as you are having urgency of urination. Ovarian cysts many times do not have any symptoms and may be incidental findings on ultrasound. Hence it would be best to wait for the scan report before reaching any conclusions.
