comples cyst on ovary

Went to today to get my ultrasound results and didn't leave too happy. I am 30 yrs old with three beautiful children. I know i need a biopsy on the complex cyst but some of the information doesn't make sense to me. Doc didn't explain all these terms to me today. so here goes. The right ovary measures 4.1x3.3x3. I have dilated vessels in the bilateral adnexa, also a small amount of free fluid in posterior cul de sac. The 2.6 cm cyst is identified with nodularity projecting into cystic lesion. oh theres more! A 1.4 cm cyst with a thickened wall and vascular flow around the periphery. SO i am freaking out here and need some answers Please!!!

That language is a bit too technical for most of us as well!  It does sound like surgical removal is going to be a best bet for a complex cyst like that.  It can probably be done by laparoscopic surgery. What type of doctor are you seeing?
