I Think I Have Ovarian Cysts on my left side

i think i have ovarian cysts My doctor has sent a letter away for a scan which im still waiting for as my doctor does not no whats wrong with me. I Think iv got ovarian cysts im in alot of pain the pain is mainly on my left side but the pain is very bad. i went to doctors Wednesday an seen a nurse for a bladder  infection but they weren't sure as my tests came back clear. so they said i didn't need to see a doctor. now im in alot of pain.
i thought i was pregnant but nope im not i feel like im pregnant.
movement in my tummy. (gas Mayb) iv had it for a while now tho well sense the pain started on my left side
plus every time i do a urine test iv always got blood cell in my urine?

do i have a cysts?
should i be worried about how much pain im in?
could it be a eptopic pregnancy (all test have been negative)


please help

Yes.  Sometimes the test is negative and there is still an ectopic pregnancy.  Here is a website i found that may be helpful to you.

I think that you should schedule an appointment with a gynecologist.  If you think there is a possibility that it is an etopic pregnancy, then you need to go to the ER ASAP.  If it is an ectopic pregnancy, it could be a life or death situation.  They would do a transvaginal ultrasound to see if that is what it is and they would be able to see if it is a cyst at the same time.  I think that would be your best bet, as an ectopic pregnancy is nothing to play around with.  Please let us know how you are doing and what you find out.
