Cyst Removed, Feeling Movement

Hi Everyone, I had a 10cm removed 13 days ago and I can feel something moving in my pelvic area several times throughout the day.  It feels like when a fetus moves inside the womb.  I felt this about a year ago when I first found out about my cysts.  But they removed them already.  What could be causing this movement sensation?  (It's not gas.)  Has anyone had a similar experience?  Did the doctors give you any ideas on what it might have been?

I have a cyst about this size to.  Were they able to remove the cyst only and not your ovaries?  That is my concern when I go in for surgery.

Hope you are doing better now.  I had that feeling before I went in for surgery but have been good since.

I also had the same feeling. It felt like when i was pregnant and the baby would move. It feels kinda freaky but it probably IS gas. What makes you think its not?  I stopped feeling it about 5 to 6 weeks post-op. Take care....

Sorry to say, but it sounds like gas.  It could also be scar tissue developing.  It can cause some streatching/pulling sensation (kinda like movement).  Keep in mind that your body is still "settling down" after having surgery.  It is not uncommon to have strange sensations after surgery.  Make sure you are getting plenty of rest and keeping hydrated.
