Ovarian Cysts? or something else? Please help!!!

I have a history of ovarian cysts that my doctors claim are the result of my abdominal pain. I first experienced severe abdominal pain around March 2009 that caused me to go to the ER.  I would get this sudden sharp pain in the lower right side of my abdomen that would intensify at different times. My stomach also felt completely bloated and full. Even though I had not eaten anything because I had no appetite. They thought it might be my appendix so they ran several tests and did a CT scan.  The CT scan showed I had pertonial fluid along with several small bowel movements in my stomach that caused my stomach to be so inflammed they couldn't even find my appendix.  They also found multiple bilateral ovarian cysts and told me I need to follow up with my OBGYN and a gastrenologist because I might have chrons disease.  I followed up with the gastro  a month later and he did a barium xray which he said came out fine. I then followed up with my OBGYN and she said she had only found a couple cysts that seemed normal and I probably had one rupture and told me to continue on birth control and see her again in a couple months.  My pain went away for a little while and then suddenly came back again over the summer.  The pain would be constant for months but only unbearable at times. In July it finally got so bad again I decided to go to the doctor. This time with no insurance because I had just been dropped from my parents. My doctor asked if I had a history of ovarian cysts and I told her yes but she said I may have chronic appendicitis. As a result she told me I needed to go to the ER.  I went and they did a sonogram and said my appendix looked fine and it was probably a cyst that burst, and she found another on my other ovary that I needed to have rechecked and lectured me about ovarian cancer.  I am due this month to be rechecked but have no insurance until January. I dont know what to do because my abdominal pain came back and gets so intense at times its unbearable!! I have no appetite because my stomach feels so unbelievably bloated n gargles at times. Even when I do force myself to eat, I eat like a bird because my stomach gets full so fast. I'm getting this constant sharp stabbing pain in my lower right abdomen like I've had before and I have no idea why!! I'm so sick of the doctors telling me its cysts and I'm fine because I havent' been fine for 8 months!! my symptoms keep coming back and I'm annoyed with going to the doctors and them not having any idea what's wrong with me!! and I have no insurance now so I can't afford to keep goingto them! Also, every time these symptoms come back I also have to go to the bathroom a lot more, did you have that issue? I've been googling my symptoms to see what it could be and if anyone else has had them and went to the doctors several times as I have. Any ideas on what I should do? Do you think I might be able to wait it out another month or should I maybe go to a free clinic?

Sorry you are going through this..its scarry i know. Im going through it myself. How old are you?? It sounds like you have another cyst to me. I know they cause all kinds of symptoms most of which you have. Did you ever find out what type of cysts you have:fluid filled or complex? I also understand about the not having insurance.. Im going through that as well. Also do you know what the size of your cysts are?

Also, I had forgot to mention that I feel a lump in my lower right abdomen as if an organ is inflammed. Not sure what it could be but I don't want it to get worse.
