Ovarian cysts

Hi, I have had problem with period aswell as right side abdomen pain on and off since my twenties. My symptoms have got worse as the years past ,heavy painful periods ,clots and right side hip pain. I have also been under a great deal of personal stress . In March my doctor sent me for lots of blood tests including full blood count ,all came back normal ,also had a smear in May/June with the extra hpv test this came back clear. However end of July August I was in agony during and after my period, had to wait about 3 weeks for a transvaginal scan. I was told I had two cysts on my right ovary one that was rather enlarged and fibroids in my uterus. The sonographer said she wasnt overly concerned but they would see me in 6-8 weeks to see if they had gone away. Its about 5 weeks now ,the pain subsided within two weeks without m medication and I have had a relatively painless period since then. However I am convinced that I have ovarian  cancer aswell as many other cancers . According to doctor I have a wonky body as my flesh dips and creases differently on one side ( I am sure this is cancer) . I also get a feeling in my diaphragm of not being able to get my breath and am constantly coughing and clearing my throat . Am I mad ???

Thank you for your comment,I am trying to stay positive.I have been suffering from alot of stress and anxiety issues this year too ,maybe as my doctor thinks I am just overly sensitive to my body at the moment .

I can not say that this is cancer but based on the signs, it sounds like it due to the cysts and fibroids.  Another possibility to look at would be your appendix, unless you have already gotten it out.  Fibroids and ovarian cysts can cause a lot of pain. I would talk to your doctor about your concerns, but it does sound like it is the fibroid and cysts.
